Ved mottak av digital bildefil fra Hansson Illustrasjon v/Atle Hansson, aksepterer oppdragsgiver/kjøper følgende vilkår: 1. FØRSTE GANGS BRUK Hvis ikke annet er avtalt, innebærer kjøp av illustrasjoner retten til en (1) gangs publisering/reproduksjon på den måten/i det mediet/den opplagsstørrelsen som er avtalt. 2. OPPHAVSRETT Dersom det ikke er avtalt at kjøper betaler tillegg for å overta alle rettighetene til illustrasjonen, innehar illustratør Atle Hansson opphavsretten i følge Lov om opphavsrett. Dette gjelder også selv om illustrasjonen er spesiallaget til et spesielt formål/en spesiell oppdragsgiver. 3. GJENBRUK All videre publisering/gjenbruk (t.d. nye opplag/opptrykk, eller elektronisk distribusjon på cd /internett o.l.) ut over første gangs bruk skal avtales med illustratøren, som gir pristilbud tilpasset det spesifikke bruksområdet. 4. NYTT eller ENDRET BRUKSOMRÅDE Dersom bruken går ut over det som opprinnelig ble avtalt (annet medium, annen kontekst osv.) skal dette presiseres ved ny avtale med illustratøren, og eventuelt godtgjøres. Dette punktet gjelder både ved endringer i første gangs bruksmåte så vel som ved gjenbruk. 5. VIDEREFORMIDLING Forespørsler fra tredjepart om kjøp/kopiering av illustrasjonen skal videreformidles til Hansson Illustrasjon. Videresalg/videreformidling i enhver form av Hansson sine illustrasjoner, uten avtale, er ulovlig. 6. NAVNELINJE Dersom ikke annet er avtalt, skal det ved publisering stå: Illustrasjon: Atle Hansson i tilknytning til illustrasjonen. 7. INNGREP I ILLUSTRASJONEN Hansson gir bare i spesielle tilfeller lov til at en klipper i eller endrer proporsjonene i illustrasjonen. Det samme gjelder fargeendringer, retusjering m.m. Spør først! 8. TILLIT Ved å gi kjøper tilgang til å bruke og oppbevare den elektroniske bildefilen har illustratøren tillit til at punktene over blir respektert. Dersom du er usikker på om personer som ikke kjenner disse vilkårene kan få tilgang til filen, er det like godt å slette den fra arkivet med det samme. Vilkår for kjøp i nettbutikken (kun på engelsk): Terms and Conditions of Sale Hansson Illustration WebShop These terms and conditions apply to your purchase of products from the Hansson Illustration WebShop. Unused and unopened items may be returned in its original packagin (at your own expense) within 14 days from delivery. You will receive a full refund, minus PayPal's transaction fee. We take great care to provide precise information about our products, but the photos we present are non-contractual. Hansson Illustration can not be held responsible for errors in prices or informations in the WebShop. You may cancel your order and ask for a refund at any moment before it has been shipped. Only PayPal's transaction fee will be witheld. Items you order are for your personal use only, and you agree not to resell any of the items. If you have ordered a product which is out of stock, we will contact you within 48 hours and keep you informed when you can expect delivery.
Prices:
All prices are in Euros. The U.S. Dollar equivalent is given for
information purposes only and might not correspond to the actual
exchange rate at the moment of purchase. Prices include 25% sales tax
from Norway. Additional taxes may apply in your country depending on
local rules and regulations.
Payment:
Payment must be received before the item can be shipped. Payment for
the products will be made on PayPal.com's secure server, by credit card
or PayPal account. Both the WebShop and Paypal will confirm your
order/payment. Hansson Illustration don't have any access to your
credit card information. Shipping: Shipping and handling are additional and at your cost. Hansson Illustration can not be held responsible for any damage during shipping. Keep the packaging for proof and file a complaint to your Postal Service. In case of a lost item, we will file a complaint to our shipper. Please notify us within 48 hours from delivery if any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Hansson Illustration will not be held responsible for delivery failure due to any erroneous adress information you provide during online purchase. All items will be shipped from France.
Protection of Personal Data. Your email address and any other information you provide during the checkout process at the WebShop will be held confidential and will only be used to process your order. Your email address will be included on our mailing list (approximatively 4 mailings per year), and if you don't wish to receive these emails, let us know and you will be deleted from the list. Your web browser has to accept cookies in order for the shopping cart to work. Cookies are used for the sole purpose of remembering your language preferences and your shopping cart contents.
