Not being serious at all

This is our idea of having fun at work. But we’re only hopeless rednecks. According to Markus Landrø‘ s girlfriend. But that was before we added the bikini.

Markus is an avalanche expert and author of Skredfare. In the middle of some complex writings last winter, about the mechanisms behind an avalanche, he must have lost it for a second and started to think about women. Hot women in cold places, apparently.

We talked on the phone, and he wanted me to draw a butt naked woman in the snow for a particular graphic trying to explain the correlation between avalanche risk, wind, temperature and snowfall. I so did, but we later chickened out on the undressed version. Still pretty off the wall for such an otherwise serious book, the bikini version survived. The result is shown here, as published.
